Well, here I go again with another apple cider post. I just can’t stop. All this information just has to spread to the masses.

I will be the voice for the people who don’t have one.

Apple Cider Vinegar And Diabetes could this be it? We will get to that in this article very soon.

I will also be the guide to those who don’t have guidance and wish to become healthier.

Rather it’s weight loss or diabetes. I know how it is on both sides. I was there years ago.

It is simply a miracle I’m here talking to you today.

But I have a page that’ll get more into that and let you get my full story. You can view that on my about me page.

Apple Cider Vinegar And Diabetes

Apple Cider Vinegar And Diabetes Could This Be It

In the past couple of days, I have been doing extensive research on apple cider vinegar. I have been drinking it for years.

But I decided not too long ago to start looking deeper into it. To see what it has in it that makes it the go-to product for most health related issues in today’s world.

Diabetes is no fun. Trust me I know first hand. From the doctor’s appointments to the needles to the feeling of hopelessness. I’ve been there and will be the first one to say.

It is not a joke or a game. That stuff really kills and is killing people every day. I just so happen to be one of the lucky ones.

I will say this, though. I took charge of my situation. I did not let the doctors decide my fate for me.

Because to be honest they wrote me off and basically told my wife that I didn’t have too much more left in the hour glass.

That was in 2003. It’s 2017 as of today and I’m still here. Not saying that the doctors did a bad job. All I’m saying is.

Apple Cider Vinegar And Diabetes Could This Be It?

That they are going to get a check whether you’re dead or alive.

Just remember that from me. If you do not get anything else from my website.

Take that and store it in your brain.

So let me get off my power trip and back to the situation at hand.

Type 2 Diabetes Isn’t The End When Apple Cider Vinegar Is In The Picture

Type 2 diabetes is claiming a home in over 3 million U.S. Citizens per year. That is a lot of people.

But I have good news for you.

It can be fought and maybe even killed. Not by a costly surgery or medicine either.

Apple Cider Vinegar And Diabetes Could This Be It?

But by a simple bottle of liquid. Followed up by some other helpful products. Which I will mention later on in the post.

For now, though that liquid, in particular, is apple cider vinegar. Studies have shown that apple cider vinegar helps with blood sugar management.

A doctor would tell you yea right it’s not legit and the guy who told you that is a kook. But remember if you aren’t sick. They don’t get paid.

Because you will become your own doctor. You will no longer need their services.

Which will result in you not coming back and eventually lead to them not having a job.

If enough people would catch on to it and start self-healing.

The hospitals would lose money and the government would start banning apple cider vinegar.

Or make a new brand that would all of a sudden have a plethora of side effects and would basically drive everyone off apple cider vinegar.

Which would result in you coming back to the hospital and getting back on their medications and the cycle of them making money off you being sick starts back all over again.

So don’t get discouraged and decide to go with what a doctor is telling you. Try things and see for yourself.

Let your results vouch for you.

The results will vary from person to person. But if your results are positive then keep doing what you are doing.

If you don’t see any changes or just don’t have time/care to give apple cider vinegar a chance then do what you do and keep letting doctors dictate your livelihood.

It is a hospital waiting somewhere in your area to happily take you in their facility and start taking your money.

Apple Cider Vinegar And Diabetes

I will say this. It’s pretty obvious by now that I am all for apple cider vinegar. But studies have shown quite a bit of them have shown this actually.

That if you have kidney issues or ulcers to stay clear of this as it could do more harm than good.

Take that with a grain of salt.

Also, do not replace any serious medication that you are on for apple cider vinegar. Unless you are bold and just want to go against the grain.

If it works then hey forget over the counter meds.

That’s how I see it. Make sure though that apple cider vinegar is actually helping whatever issue that you are using it for before you just dump all your meds in the toilet.

If you have diabetes I encourage you to give this a try. I did and it worked some wonders for me.

I can’t speak on anyone else’s experience with it. I can only speak on mine.

It gave me more energy and got my blood sugar to where I needed it to be.

Simply just take one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Dilute it in a cup of water and knock it back. Unlike how you would drink it for weight loss. You would sip on it in that situation.

Note

Apple Cider Vinegar And Diabetes

This is not a quick fix and will require some extra effort to see the best results. I don’t promote overnight magical things.

Because there is simply nothing out there that can do that. I’m honest and upfront with my content and plan to be that way forever.

Now with that being said. You will not just drink a cup of this apple cider vinegar and the next day you are free of all your troubles. No, it just does not work like that.

You will need to change how you eat and also find a way to include exercise into your schedule. I didn’t at first when I started this back in 2003.

But once I started watching what I ate and included other things like green tea and exercise.

It was off to the races. I literally did a 360 in my life. It didn’t happen in a day or a week.

It took around 4-6 months for me to actually notice that I wasn’t the same guy I was at the beginning of the year.

I continued this process and that same time next year I was lighter. I wasn’t where I wanted to be. But that came in due time as I stuck with my routine.

The most exciting part and I will never forget this day.

It was a Tuesday afternoon my wife I was at my her parents anniversary dinner. I decided to check my blood sugar level before I grabbed a bite to eat.

I kid you, not my blood sugar was out of diabetes range.

I absolutely stole the show. I ran out of the house and all through the street. I was excited I was beyond excited.

I then remembered I wasn’t 18 no more and my legs/joints don’t function like they did back then.

So I slowed down a bit and went from running like a madman to a slow but steady speed walk. I was still happy, though.

I went back to let everyone know that I wasn’t crazy and that the reason I just had that little episode.

Was because my blood sugar level was out of diabetic range.

They rejoiced with me and that made the day of many others in the area as well. I let everybody know and told them exactly what I was doing and most called me a kook.

I was like ok whatever.

Then the others said I should start a blog and wanted me to share my story.

It would be a blessing to others. I took that into consideration and that was a small stepping stone to get me where I am today.

I then went back to the doctor that told me I was going to die from this mess and let him in on the news.

He said he hardly recognized me cause I wasn’t as big as I was when he last saw me.

He thought that I was still on diabetic meds. So he went on this escapade of how the meds worked wonders.

I have yet to tell him I haven’t taken any diabetic meds since sometime in the middle of the year before.

I was just gone sit there and see what he was gone say.

He took full credit and was boastful in letting his fellow co-workers know what he had accomplished.

They all gathered in the room and was astounded with my blood sugar levels.

I figured this would be a good time to drop the bombshell and drop a bombshell I did.

I let them all know that I wasn’t taking anything and I haven’t taken anything for quite some time now.

They thought I pulling their legs and joking. So they set me up to get blood work done.

So they could see what was in my blood and if I was telling the truth.

I had to come back the next day for results. I happily awaited the moment I could see my doctors face. I don’t even think I went to sleep or work that night.

I was informed that the doctor had transferred to another hospital and I was assigned a different person.

My blood work showed that I had indeed no meds in my system. I still to this day haven’t heard or seen that man.

Not saying that the apple cider vinegar alone did it. But it was in the rotation of things I was using. In fact, it was used the most.

If you want to know what brand I used you can click the image below.

It will take you to the item on Amazon.

Conclusion

Diabetes is not only an issue for the bigger people out there in the world. It is, in fact, skinny people with it as well.

So do not think you are alone. We all are subject to this disease. But we all do not have to fall victim to it.

This is your life and your in control for the most part. Make the choice today and decide that you are going to become healthier and live a long beautiful life.

I did I couldn’t imagine letting this disease and being overweight end my life.

Leaving my wife and four little girls behind. I wasn’t going to let it happen. Take control of your destiny today. If it does not work for whatever reason.

Do not stop there. Keep searching a digging until you find something that does.

That’s all I have for this one and remember the doctors make their money whether you are dead or alive. That’s my good word.

  1. Hello, William!

Thank you so much for this post, is very informative and detailed and I think it could help many people that suffer from diabetes since apple cider vinegar is found all around the world and its cheap.
I had heard many things about this vinegar but I did not hear anything related to diabetes.
I will let my uncle who suffers from diabetes, see this information.

    Wish you the best
    Santiago

  2. Hi Will, great post and very thorough review about apple cider vinegar, and it’s health benefits. I’ve heard about the good effects of apple cider vinegar, and heard it’s good to use for people trying to drop some pounds, but I’ve never heard about its benefits for people with diabetes. The fact that it helps with blood sugar management is very interesting, and it’s good to know because like you said, doctors will be more likely to tell you about other medications, than some apple cider vinegar. I will definitely share this product with relatives who have diabetes, and will recommend it. Apple cider vinegar, along with exercise and diet might be the things that turn their lives around like yourself. My only question would be how long would you use the apple cider vinegar along with your regular medication, before you consider stop taking the medication?
Otherwise, great post and I learned a lot from reading it. Keep up the great work!

    1. I don’t recommend using both. Try one and record the results and do the same for the other. Which ever gives you the best results. That’s the one you stick with.

  3. Wow, what a story! I’m really impressed that you tried it out and followed through, and that it made such a big difference. And the satisfaction of showing off to your doctor! I have apple cider vinegar that I use as a hair conditioner and occasionally drink (because I’ve heard it’s good for weight loss), but I really need to make it more of a routine. Thanks for the great post.

  4. HI William,

Your site has special interest for me because I take apple cider vinegar too. Not for diabetes, but for digestion problems and in my case, I saw instant relief. I take two teaspoons in the morning and two in the afternoon.

Back to your site. It is an easy read; you break the paragraphs into a couple of sentences and you use down to earth language so it easy to understand. Your graphics are few (which is good), and they make the points you want to make throughout your post…sometimes just being funny.

However, in your conclusion, I noticed a couple of paragraphs that were not spaced like all the others throughout most of your post.

Other than that… it looks very good. Thanks

  5. Good for you. I am glad it worked and you diabetes is under control.
It is very difficult if not impossible to get doctors to support your choice of alternative medicine. Even when they see the positive results they will not support your decision.

I agree with your sentiments. We have to be in charge of our own health. We won’t leave out the doctors because they play a valuable role but they are not the ones to make the final decision on how we live our lives.

I am happy that there seem to be a few medical doctors who are now accepting and practicing alternative medicine.

    Continued good health to you.

    1. Thank you for your comment. I’m glad to hear that some doctors are finally coming to their senses. I wish I could say the same about the ones where I reside. But it’s all good.

  6. This page is very insightful with ilots of information I didn’t know. I never knew acv was such a universal liquid. I also like the addition of your advertisements they made the break up of the page better which I turn made the content flow better. I also like the addition of your own journey. That made it more personal.

    1. Thanks Janell, I try to make it so my readers can feel comfortable on my site. In hopes that it’ll become a safe place for them. When they need information on weight loss or diabetes. I appreciate the feedback

  7. William,

Thank you for your quick, concise overview on apple cider vinegar and diabetes. I always knew apple cider vinegar was good for you but I didn’t realize how good and the effects that it could have relating to diabetes. I too am diabetic and although my numbers have been coming down this article makes me take a 2nd look at starting an apple cider regimen.

On the other hand, your site is great! I love the vivid pictures and the relationship to the verbiage! It keeps you moving along and its filled with great information.

    Thanks for your article! Vicky
