That one thing is to help you lose weight and that is the overall goal.

Most people think you can only use Apple Cider Vinegar one way and that way is set in stone and that’s not the case at all.

You can, in fact, use many different cocktails and will get the same result.

It’s not the ACV your changing or altering. It’s solely the taste.

The ACV will still do what it is intended to do as long as you don’t put an excess amount of whatever you are mixing it with.

We are going to start this off with my favorite. If you are a frequent reader of mine.

This may not be a surprise to you at all. But if it’s your first time viewing my site.

Then you will soon come to know that I love me some Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey. It was my first flavor altering combination.

It has stuck with me over the years and still gives me that wow effect as it did when I first tried it.

Apple Cider Vinegar Weight Loss Recipes

These are my combinations. These are things I’ve tried personally and have had many of my friends, family, and readers try. The actual number of combinations are pretty ridiculous.

I literally tried over 12 combinations. That’s just me alone. Not to mention all the others my friends/family and readers did also. So I narrowed it down to a reasonable amount.

I only kept what was the best tasting to me and was used the most overall with everyone. I will give a brief description on what kind to buy and how to mix it.

 

Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey – I know I’ve told you this already above. But I feel that there is a bit more information I need to include on this one. If you decide to use this one.

Apple Cider Vinegar Weight Loss Recipes
Honey

You will want to make sure you are using Braggs apple cider vinegar and organic honey.

You will prepare this by doing the following.

  • A half cup of water – Warming is recommended once you have included the ACV.
  • 2 – Teaspoons of ACV
  • 1 – Teaspoon of Organic Honey
  • Take one before dinner and the other before bed

 

Apple Cider Vinegar Weight Loss Recipes
Lemons

Apple Cider Vinegar and Lemon Juice – This one is another popular one and is used by many. Braggs ACV is the vinegar you will want to use and organic lemon juice to top it off.

  • A half cup of water – Warming isn’t recommended (optional)
  • 2 – Teaspoons of ACV
  • 2 – Teaspoons of Organic Lemon Juice.
  • Take one cup in the morning and one at night.

Mayple Syrup

Apple Cider Vinegar and Maple Syrup – This one is a lot sweeter than the honey combo. So with this, you will not want to use much of the Organic maple syrup at all.

If you use too much you know when you taste it.

Because it will seem like that’s all you taste. Braggs is the brand of ACV like always.

  • A half cup of water – Warming is recommended
  • 2 – Teaspoons of ACV
  • 1/2 – Teaspoon of Organic maple syrup
  • Take one a day

 

Apple Cider Vinegar and Green Tea – You will want to make your green tea first in this one if you plan on mixing them. You can drink separately if you choose as well.

Green Tea

After you’ve made your green tea. Take 1 teaspoon of Braggs apple cider vinegar and mix it with your green tea. It will have a unique taste to it.

It was one of the more interesting tasting ones to me. But in my opinion is the strongest cocktail of them all. Two of the healthiest products on earth in one cup.

Now, that’s a power punch for sure.

It can be taken three times a day. You can choose your own times. Whatever works best for you.

 

 

Apple Cider Vinegar Weight Loss Recipes

Apple Cider Vinegar and Brown Sugar – I will admit the brown sugar doesn’t do much. As far as flavor altering goes.

But you can tell that it’s in there and does give it a tiny twist on it.

The ACV taste will vastly overpower the brown sugar on this one.

  • A half cup of water – Warming is not recommended
  • 2 – Teaspoons of ACV
  • 3 – Spoon fulls of brown sugar
  • Take one in the morning and one before you go to bed.

 

Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar Drinks – Braggs has their own line of various apple cider vinegar drinks. The flavors are all over the place.

I personally do not drink these to lose weight. I have friends that say they have and do.

But my results aren’t the same. So I drink these to just keep my body cleansed from free radicals.

When I drink ACV to lose weight I go back to the basics. That is warm ACV and Honey.

It works for me so that’s what I stuck with. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it right? That’s the motto my parents raised me by.

You can drink these however you please.

 

What To Do Now

Now that you have all of these combinations in front of you. You now need to find which is for you. I will recommend you to try all and stick with what gives you the best results.

That is quite simple and straight to the point. If you do not like one combo drop it and go to the next. You are bound to like one or more. If you do like multiple ones.

Do not overtake them.

Follow the process I left at the end of each one. Take them daily as listed. So if you like ACV and Brown Sugar and ACV and Lemon juice.

You wouldn’t take them both on the same day.

Do one Monday and the other Tuesday. Follow this for all the others depending on the combos you choose and how you wish to take them.

Make sure all of you ingredients are organic. Do not use regular store brands.

They have harmful chemicals and GMO’s in them. That you do no need in your body. Organic everything is the best way to go.

I’ve heard that apple cider vinegar is really healthy and helps with weight loss, but I wasn’t sure what to do with it besides just trying to eat more vinaigrettes in my salads and occasionally drinking the stuff. thanks for the suggestions on making the drinks more “drink-like” and tastier than just the pure vinegar!

  3. All of these look great. I’ve been told I’m somewhat strange in that I absolutely love the taste of apple cider vinegar, and will just drink it in plain water (to make the water taste better). But I might just have to try these recipes now, especially the Green Tea one, since I’ve been told I should be drinking tea anyway.
