Strawberry Smoothie

Most of the smoothies out there contain a lot of the same ingredients. Which means it’s not just good in smoothie form.

But can also be a healthy intake in other formats. Try different things and see what you come up with. It’s all bunched and mixed up in our stomachs anyway.

So don’t let what it looks like throw you off. If you can come up with a great homemade meal or smoothie. I’d like to know and try it and I’ll be sure to mention it in a future post with your permission.

  1. These healthy lose weight smoothies look absolutely delicious. I love the taste of blueberries, so the blueberry smoothie is probably the one that I would choose to try first. I’m sure the pineapple smoothie and the peach smoothie are equally as delicious.

Right now I have a daily smoothie that consists of banana, almond milk, and unsweetened cocoa powder. It’s super easy to make and tastes oh so wonderful.

  2. I love pineapples!! The smoothie is a must try. I have one question though, what does the flax seed oil do? I think it aids digestion but I’m not sure. I will also try the peach and blueberry and can you also create a post highlighting spinach in a smoothie. Do you recommend any thing to help sweeten blueberry smoothies because when I’ve tried to make some on my own they turn out sort of bitter? Thank you this is great content keep writing more like this

When I am making a weight loss smoothie I always add some greens like kale or spinach. They are low in calories and high in fiber, so they will keep you filled up! Plus in a smoothie with fruit you can’t even taste them.

    1. Thank you and I also include kale in some of my favorite smoothies as well. You’re absolutely right you can’t even taste them.

  4. Hi there William,

I am definitely going to try the pineapple one and the blueberry also. Flax seed oil is quite hard to find in my local area. Do you know where I can get it online? Any particular brands that are better than others for weight loss and general health purposes.

I’m looking forward to more smoothie recipes.

    1. Barlean’s Organic Oils on Amazon is good and it’s around $17 dollars. I’ll do a review on it soon. Maybe later on today

  9. I enjoy peaches a lot. They are very tasty. It is good to know that they can help with my weight loss plan. I do, however, like some variety in my smoothies. If I wanted to “spice” up my peach smoothie, what variation could I do? I like a good peach smoothie, but it can be a bit monotonous after a while. Any variations you can recommend would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to seeing your answer.

Thank you so much for sharing and I hope you make it a great day!
