  1. I have a serious problem: I hate green things! My wife makes a shake for herself every morning and I think that it is time for me to do the same thing. I am not primarily going to do it to lose weight, but to get my vegetables, because I know that after 40 plus years of not consuming them my body is hurting.

    Is one of your recipes better than another for my goal?

  5. Weight has always been an issue and I’d like to try these smoothies. I would not try the beets because I don’t like them. But the others hopefully will help in my weight loss. How often do you drink these? It looks easy enough to make. My only concern is what do they taste like? I’m sure at least a few of them taste fine. Can’t put a price on losing weight and being healthy.
