In this post, we will be discussing the HMR weight loss program. Many of you may have never heard of this. But you should be well-informed by the time you’re done reading this and hopefully willing to give it a try. Let’s get to it.
Ok, we know that this is another weight loss program. That is for certain but like all weight loss programs, they have their distinct differences. Whether it is the cost, the type of food, etc. They all are different in some way. But claim to do the same thing and that thing is to help you lose weight.
The HMR Program includes consumables like shakes, entrees, multigrain hot cereal, puddings and snack bars etc.
Me personally I have never heard of multigrain hot cereal. But I’m assuming that it is good for you being that it’s in a dietary program. All of this is put into your diet to replace other meals. The snacks are to take your mind off what and how much you eat.
This program has been helping people lose weight for over 30 years. More so in prominent hospitals and medical centers across the nation. They claim that it is more than just a diet it’s a lifestyle. I will say that from what I’ve read this program is the real deal.
They aren’t gimmicky and don’t go off what they think will work. But have done the hard work and research behind the scenes to come up with guaranteed weight loss diets/methods.
They have top of the line health coaches on their team. So you know that what you’re getting is good stuff.
I can say that I have a strong feeling if you follow this program to the tee. You will lose weight and keep it off for good. That’s what you want to do anytime you’re looking to lose weight. Anyone can lose weight but to keep it off is the hard part.
It’s three phases to this program. Phases or levels whichever you like to call it.
- Phase 1 – Is focused on helping you lose weight right away. Seeing constant weight loss on the scale week after week. To remind you that what you are doing is working and to help you establish momentum towards your ultimate goals.
- Phase 2 – Is where you will learn the essentials to keep the pounds off. This is the most important part of the whole program.
Because it will be a waste of time if you were to lose all that weight and gain it back in a few months. This phase will show you how to prevent that from happening. Be sure to follow this phase carefully. Do not skip over or give it half effort.
- Phase 3 – Is basically the end. You are no longer attending weekly coaching sessions. But you still have support options like online tools and community help. So you can keep in touch and keep your weight management the main focus going forward.
You will learn how to make healthier food choices more often. You will do this by eating foods that are lower in fat, lower in calories and higher volume. You will eat more fruits and veggies. The goal is to consume at least five full-cup servings daily.
You will also learn how to increase your physical activity. With the goal of building up to 2,000 calories or more burned in exercise each week.
You can join by finding a clinic in your area or you can call 877-501-9257 Monday-Friday 9 a.m.- 6 p.m. eastern time. You can call the Healthy solutions at home to arrange food delivery and other things. The number to that is 877-501-9257 Monday-Friday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Your food will be delivered to you or whatever address you provided to them. I think this is only available if you’re enrolled in the Healthy Solution at Home thing they have.
This is an automatic food delivery that will take place to ensure you stay stocked on goods. Such as the HMR shakes and Entrees. This will come after your initial order of HMR weight loss foods, you will be billed automatically, shipped two weeks worth of HMR foods every 14-days until you cancel.
It is a minimum number required. Of HMR foods you must order in this phase also. I’m assuming that this is phase 1 or the starter kit. Although It does change in phase 2 to being billed once a month and it’s no minimum order. You can cancel anytime.
The prices for this program is ok considering other programs. But the initial three-week starter kit will hit you for about $265 that’s with free shipping. Then there is the standard two-week reorder kit and that is $180. The shakes, cereal, and soup individually will run you about $2-$2.50 per serving. Entrees cost $3.65 per serving and can be ordered online.
Well, there you have it the HMR program. I hope I covered all of your questions. This program is a great one, in fact, I like this one more than any other I have researched. Simply because of the credentials and longevity they have in the weight loss industry. I would recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a serious weight loss program. It can seem a bit costly but compared to others it’s a fair price, not the lowest but fair.
