In today’s post, I will be sharing with you how you can lose weight without having to pop the top on a weight loss pill bottle. These will be very simple and are possible for anyone to do. Let’s get to it.

How To Lose Weight Fast Without Pills

There is nothing wrong with taking supplements to help you lose weight. But everyone is not a fan of that and does not like going that route. Which is totally understandable. So I will name a couple of ways you can lose weight fairly quickly without having to take anything.


Walking – Walking is one of the easiest most nonchalant was to lose weight. Not just your regular everyday walk but in order to target weight loss. It’s better done in power steps high-intensity walking for about 30 minutes.

Then following up with your normal paced walk can cause you to lose a lot of abdominal fat. I say do this at least 5 times a week. Those pounds will start to slide off you like melting ice.


Treadmill – If you don’t want to walk outside or you live in an area where it’s not the best idea to do so. You can invest in a treadmill or go to your local gym and do your walking there. You can also jog and full sprint at your leisure. Those also help burn away fat really effectively.

Medicine Ball

Medicine Ball – You can get you a medicine ball and do countless exercises with it and shed pounds fast. I personally use my medicine ball every day and it has toned me and helped me lose weight naturally. You should look into this medicine ball if you don’t currently have one. My recommended medicine ball.

Yoga 2

Plate Of Food

Watch What You Eat – This is probably one of the more obvious ones on here but it’s true and holds a lot of weight. It literally can cause you to hold a lot of weight if you don’t take the term seriously.

But eating healthy along with the proper exercise will without a doubt subtract weight from your body. No matter how delicious that plate of food looks. You must have self-discipline.


Go To The Gym – You can go to the gym and soon find a workout partner and collectively knock off those unwanted pounds as a dynamic duo. Gyms are fun and you meet a wide variety of people there. Some are there to add-on to their muscles and physical build.

We like to call those people body builders. Stay away from body builders in the gym. Those guys are on another level trust me.

But then there are some people in there in the same boat you’re in. They may not be in the best shape but are working towards shedding off those pounds just as you are.


Befriend those people and workout with them. Grow a bond and build a gym relationship or a friendship. One of the main reasons I didn’t like going to the gym when I was overweight. Is because I always felt alone and like no-one wanted to help me.

Until I started speaking to people in a similar position and I soon found the gym to be very fun and sociable. It helps well it did for me. I went to the gym about 3 times a week. I went more if I had the free time.


Don’t Overthink It – Don’t spend all of your time trying to figure out what you’re going to wear or how you look. It’s weight loss and if that’s what you want then go get it.

Don’t make it into something it’s not. Be persistent and stay focused results do not happen overnight. But if you follow these simple steps you can see noticeable results in 3 to 6 weeks.

Let you weight scale do all the talking you just continue to wake up everyday motivated and determined to get that weight off. In due time you will be a success story and will be able to pass your testimony on to others. Just as I’m doing to you.


I didn’t get too extravagant with the exercises in this posts. I kept it real simple and easy to relate to. Even better than that they are all easy to do. None of these methods require you to take a single pill of any sort to lose weight. All you need to do is pick which one or ones you want to do and do it.

    Your diet counts for a lot. Since I’ve cut out junk food like chips, greasy burgers and food loaded with sugar I’ve lost weight and feeling much healthier. My tip would be to drink lots of water.

  3. Great information on how to lose weight the right way….naturally without supplements. I personally go to the gym and I do use the treadmill and kettle balls. I also have a medicine ball at home. So I know I am doing the right things. So many say that it is hard to lose weight, its not if you stick your mind to it and do both exercise and eating healthy. It’s a no brainer.

  4. Good tips for losing weight. It really does all come down to calories in vs. calories out. As long as we are burning more calories than we are eating, we should start losing weight. Unfortunately, it’s never as easy as it sounds. I like all the examples you provided of different types of exercises we can do to burn those calories, thanks again!
