You can’t have one without the other and if you do it just wouldn’t be right and probably will not last without the other playing a part in the situation. Many people today’s society think lifting weight is the only thing you have to do to lose weight. When in reality lifting weight causes you to gain weight. Cause it packs on muscle and muscle doesn’t make you lighter it makes you heavier.
It’s a different kind of heavy but you may not want that. More so women than men. Weight loss really has a lot to do with what you are consuming. Its all in what you are eating. This is the most important part of the entire ordeal.
Because it will not help you at all if you spent the day exercising and working hard to go and eat junk food. Which will reverse everything you’ve done that day to help with your weight problem.
This is why you should have what you are consuming at the top of your to-do list in regards to weight loss. If you have this part down.
The rest will follow without you having to do twice the work. It’s important to work smarter not harder.
Things To Keep Close By – For Dieting
Fruits are amazing and have been a huge help with weight loss for many people. Some are not as good as others. That statement might have left a few of you curiously wondering.
You cannot go wrong with either or maybe even both. I’ve used them at the same time in the past and I was not disappointed with the results at all.
So either choice isn’t a bad choice. I will say from personal experience and this is my opinion. I had slightly better results with the apple cider vinegar and honey.
Now you have a few small things in play and have a sense of what you can consume to help benefit with your weight loss journey. But nothing is more important than the main part of your meal.
The best foods for weight loss I have written a post on this already you should really go have a look at that. Water is another good thing.
It’s more of the obvious ones but it gets left out of the conversation often when people speak of weight loss.
You will need to exercise as much as you can. I say this because we are all human and you will have a slip up here and there.
A slip up is when you have that burger at 11 at night or 3 doughnuts on break at work. Its ok its a slip up it happens.
But exercising more frequently will help counter that and will not really affect you as much as if you were not. Better safe than sorry in my opinion.
I’m not saying turn into a walking fitness machine. But take advantage of your down-time when you have some available.
Instead of watching tv or being on social media when you have free time. Use some of that free space to implement a good exercise routine/plan. It won’t kill you to do that.
But if you are determined and willing you can and will get rid of it.
Are all forms of exercise and work effectively. For those of you who can only do these exercises or just wish to stick with these basic forms of exercising.
They are just as good as anything else out there. You may not see results as fast. But they will come over time. For my more advanced exercisers out there.
You know it’s a plethora of things you can get your hands on that all are very helpful in weight loss. All kinds of gadgets and equipment to help you get the job done.
Yoga is another good one. My wife talked me into doing this years ago.
Words To Live By When You Are Losing Weight
It’s not about who can do it the fastest. It’s about who can stay there the longest. I say this more than a little bit.
Because people often look at weight loss as some kind of race or who can do it in the shortest amount of time. When it’s not really even about that.
Anyone can lose weight if they try to. Losing the weight and keeping the pounds off for good is a whole different ballgame and is a lot harder to accomplish.
So have a mindset to do it for the long run and keeping the body you worked hard for. Rather than to get it fast and lose it in a few months or a year.
If you are new to exercise. You will be very sore after your first session. I suggest that you invest in a foam roller to get those aches and pains out.
