Weight loss isn’t just about eating a fruit cup here and drinking a smoothie there. Then the pounds just slide off. Nope, it does not work like that.
You must reevaluate your diet. Some of us more than others. If your diet already contains green foods, veggies and a mixture of nuts/fruits. That is a good start and can be a consistent diet for weight loss.
You do not have to take any of those out. But you could, in fact, add more. Of the same kinds of foods to give yourself more variety.
Now for those of you that have an 85% junk food, fast food, sugary snack, and sodas etc. You need to get rid of all of this if you want the best chance to see results in a timely fashion.

The less of these second set of items you have in your diet will increase your time frame of seeing positive results. The more you have the first set of items in your diet the better and sooner you will see results.
Late night eating has to go. This is very hard to do. I struggled with this. For some odd reason, I would get so hungry in the middle of the night.
I would get up and eat then go right back to sleep. You are making it easy for you to gain weight eating like this and you will if you do it enough.
Cut it from your life ASAP.
It is ok to have a slip up every now and then. It’s going to happen. You are going to be in your kitchen or room one day and a honeybun somehow sneaks into your mouth and slides down your throat. That is fine you had a slip-up.
The thing to do now is to make sure you aren’t having more slip ups than you are having healthy consumption. If so you are working backwards and will not lose any weight.
You Must Include Some Form Of Exercise In Your Weight Loss Journey
There is no way around it. You must burn those calories and put your muscles to work in order for you to lose weight effectively. That is the honest truth about the situation.
Not exercising and expecting to lose weight is like winning the lottery and not going to cash the check. But expecting to receive the money. You must do one to complete the other.
Now with that being said. There are many different ways of doing this. I mean there are a lot more than I can think of. So you aren’t limited to anything. There is something out there for every type of person.

This is going to leave you very sore at first. Especially if you aren’t used to exercising. It’s ok this happens to everybody. But as you continue to do it. It will not even phase you like it did when you first started not even close.
Exercise is not easy but it is vital and should be taken seriously when weight loss is the goal.
